New years mini update

Today I release a mini update for Pong, Taking us to version 2.1. This update includes a New Years theme and some extra changes to blank pages. I made this because I have a 2 day school week, and needed to update my name.

Renamed myself to Spinning Spectre in credits.

Changelog can now be scrolled through.

Selecting themes is a bit better than before.

Some settings like ball speed gain on wall hit can now have decimal values.
